GRANT PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR Richmond, VA The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is seeking a Grant Program Administrator to support the Virginia Talent & Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) program, an innovative initiative to dramatically expand paid internship opportunities for higher education students across the Commonwealth. The Grant Program Administrator will be part of a mission-driven team working to strengthen Virginia’s economy and workforce. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing and approving grant program applications, reviewing and processing requests for reimbursements from Virginia businesses, and collaborating with team members to advise on grant program guidelines. In addition to these responsibilities, this position helps the V-TOP team maintain and leverage data in Salesforce and other technology platforms, supports program events, and oversees the webinars required for the matching grant program. This position is part of VEDP’s Talent and Workforce Strategy team, which is collaborating with other divisions at VEDP and external stakeholders to position Virginia as the Top State for Talent. This position is based in VEDP’s Richmond Office three days each week with the option to telework two days each week according to VEDP’s hybrid work policy. This position requires occasional in-state travel. A valid Virginia driver’s license is required. Being authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.
