COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER, INSULATION

ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER 

Growing company based in the Central Virginia area is accepting applications for full time and part time commercial / industrial insulation estimators / project managers.

One to three years' experience in the industrial or commercial insulation estimating field or construction management is preferred. Must be self-motivated. Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, willingness to work within a team, have knowledge of computers and basic office software systems, proficient in use of estimating systems.

Duties will be varied and include:

• Completing quantity take-offs for systems to be insulated
• Pricing of the material and labor to prepare and submit bids
• Must communicate and help with coordinating, project planning and scheduling with management, project managers and field superintendent
• Maintain strong working relationship with clients and general contractors
• Provide weekly progress reporting
• Make site visits as needed to check on job status
