PHYSICAL THERAPISTTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTPOLSON The successful applicant must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapyschool required. Must be certified or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training. Must possess an active or interim License topractice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana. Must bewilling to complete all CEU and pursue advanced certificationsas needed. Must possess or be eligible for a valid driverslicense or otherwise have reliable transportation. All applicantsmust submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript/degree, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMITALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT INIMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policyand subject to random drug testing. The successfulapplicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must passa pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) monthprobationary period.
