Construction Project Manager

One of the leading General Contractors in Upstate New York is looking to support its continuing
growth by hiring an industry-leading Project Manager. This seasoned professional will need 
experience managing complex private construction projects, up to $25 million. Although 
this position will be required to oversee multiple project superintendents, the primary 
responsibility will be to the bottom-line (cost-control) of the projects as well as assuring safety, 
light estimating, project buyout, scheduling, and maintaining quality and customer relations.

Candidates who love to build and are seeking to join this fun family-friendly growth-oriented company will need to have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, and 5-8 years Project Management experience in commercial/industrial construction. Other qualifications will be considered based on experience.
