As a Level 1 Support Technician, your core responsibilities will encompass both onsite and remote user support. You should possess baseline computer knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities to manage user-related issues effectively. Basic networking understanding, familiarity with Office365, and proficiency in installing software will also play a key role in your daily tasks. Strong customer service skills are crucial, as is the ability to engage in basic account and client relationship management. You will also assist higher-level engineers in their tasks, providing you the opportunity to learn and acquire additional skills from your experienced colleagues.
