Position title:
IT Coordinator, Billing & Contract Analyst Key Responsibilities: Project & Financial Coordination Billing & Invoicing Contract Management ISP Contract Coordination Customer & Vendor Liaison Operational Support & Compliance Process Improvement Preferences:
- Minimum three (3) years in IT operations, contract administration, billing, or project support roles. - Experience with Service Now, especially in contract, billing, or request modules. - Experience working with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite). - Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL frameworks, and network infrastructure environments. - Prior experience managing ISP service contracts is a plus. - Knowledge of public sector procurement or higher education environments is beneficial. Licenses/ Certifications: N/A Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: One (1) year of professional administrative, coordinator, or information technology experience. Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
