Plant Maintenance Technician

The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, locating utilities, and repairing Citizens' network facilities across multiple counties. This position requires a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform utility locating (damage prevention & troubleshooting)

• This position requires occasional emergency call-outs for locates

• Perform bonding and grounding.

• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure system performance and reliability.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members, customers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and the ability to read schematics.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
