Patient Scheduler

Busy Neurosurgical practice needs a Patient Scheduler that will work Monday - Friday, 8: 00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. You will be responsible for working with referring physician offices to schedule new patients and communicating with patients regarding appointment time and dates.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have ability to multi-task and be detail oriented, focused and organized
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Good typing skills
• Friendly disposition, with a desire to help people - Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Must be dependable and punctual
