**Position Overview:**

The Elementary School Academic Leader plays a vital role in fostering a positive educational environment and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence for students. **Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Professional Development:**
- Identify areas for professional growth and organize workshops, training, and collaborative planning sessions for faculty.
- Mentor and support new and existing teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness and student engagement.

3. **Data Analysis and Assessment:**
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
