The position consist of 75% teaching and 25% service. Teaching duties include delivering three 3-credit undergraduate upper-division courses per semester in the field of public law and American Judicial Institutions, as well as teaching a one-credit Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) Prep class once per year as a paid overload. Service duties involve coordinating the interdisciplinary Supplemental Major in Law and serving as the chief prelaw adviser for NMSU main campus students.
