Savills is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Broker to lead Savills Ski in Aspen and Colorado, representing one of the world’s most prestigious names in real estate. This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow the U.S. presence of our specialist ski division, internationally recognized for its expertise in luxury alpine property markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Savills Ski operations in Aspen and Colorado

• Build and maintain strong client relationships at the premium end of the market

• Drive business development and brand growth across North America

• Represent Savills in luxury property transactions and negotiations

• Contribute to the continued success of our globally recognized ski division

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven success in high-value real estate brokerage

• Strong track record in closing premium transactions

• Exceptional market knowledge of luxury real estate

• Demonstrated leadership and business development skills
