We are the world’s largest balloon, giftware & home decor wholesaler, founded in 1982.   Join our collaborative Information Services team and play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and our team members supported.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for a variety of hardware, software, and network needs across our organization. You will work under the guidance of our Network and Support Manager and report directly to the Information Services Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide prompt, first-level technical support.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop computers and hardware.
• Install and configure PCs, Macs, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support ERP-related equipment including terminals and barcode scanners.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Provide basic user training on hardware and applications.
• Support corporate network and server administration under team guidance.
• Collaborate on IT projects with staff and leadership.

Qualifications 

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in a technology-related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Mac systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• A calm, service-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
