Nauset Marine is hiring a lead Mechanical Foreman to join our Marina location in Orleans, MA.

We Are Looking for a Person With:

• Advanced experience in outboard engines and marine electronics
• A passion for delivering top-quality service
• A desire to lead and grow their team in a dynamic, team-based environment
• An ability to effectively communicate with clients about technical issues related to their boats

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mechanical and service operations at our Marina
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Assist with diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Yamaha and Mercury outboard engines (including high-horsepower V10 and V12 models), marine electronics, and electrical systems
• Oversee routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting
• Collaborate with service managers to schedule work efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform and oversee repower projects and custom rigging on a wide range of boats
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
