LABORER Kiski Valley Water Pollution Control Authority (KVWPCA) is seeking an individual for the position of Laborer with the intent for this person to move into an Operator or Mechanic position and obtain a PADEP Operator license. Qualifications include technical and mechanical aptitude, ability to use tools and mechanical equipment and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. The successful candidate must also have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others and be able to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. The candidate must also have completed a twelfth-grade education or equivalent and possess a current motor vehicle operator's license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
