INTELLI BEAUTY SYSTEM LLC DBA M BEAUTY STUDIO in Orange, CT. Seeking FT Senior Eyelash Technician. Salary: $52,749/Yr. Tech will work as apprentice until state licensure. Duties: Assist senior eyelash tech with consultations and observe lash application services; Participate in supervised practice of individual lash extensions, volume lashes, and hybrid styles; Educate clients about proper aftercare to maintain appearance and durability; Provide clients with makeup advice to enhance the appearance of lashes; Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment; Learn and apply proper sanitation, hygiene, and client care protocols; Support client scheduling, appointment preparation, and product inventory management. Upon state licensure, senior eyelash tech shall: Conduct client consultations to determine their desired look, assess natural lash health, and recommend appropriate lash styles and services; Apply individual eyelash extensions, volume lashes, hybrid lashes, and other advanced lash techniques. Must have completed a lash tech or cosmetology training program of any duration as programs vary by state and country. Apply for state license upon starting. Multiple positions available.
