Interior Design Specialist (Los Angeles, CA) Create and adhere to brand manuals & design guidelines. Select color palettes, materials, furniture, and decor that represent the restaurant's identity. Design efficient layouts for restaurant spaces, including kitchen, customer seating, waiting areas, and restrooms. Analyze workflow & optimize layouts to maximize employee productivity and enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and local building codes. Conduct site surveys & evaluate potential locations to identify design opportunities and constraints. Develop detailed interior designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations, tailored to each new restaurant. 40hrs/wk, Offered wage: $47,882/yr, Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or related required.
