Duties: Assist senior lash tech with client consultations and observe professional lash application services; Participate in supervised practice of individual lash extensions, volume lashes, and hybrid styles; Educate clients about proper aftercare; Provide clients with makeup advice to enhance the appearance lashes; Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with state health and safety standards; Learn and apply proper sanitation, hygiene, and client care protocols; Support client scheduling, appointment preparation, and product inventory management. Upon state licensure, apprentice will work under supervision of senior lash tech to clean clients' lashes with disinfection solutions to remove any germs or bacteria; Apply artificial lashes to enhance a client's natural lashes; trim and style clients' natural lashes to create a desired shape and length. Must have completed a lash technology or cosmetology training program of any duration as programs vary by state and country. Apply for state license upon starting.
