Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Business Analyst I (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to serve as a single point of contact for all project deliverables between business stakeholders and technical teams. Elicit, analyze, and design overall approach using various business analysis tools and software design methodologies to deliver the most optimized solution. Create product design documents, project work plans, functional requirement documents, and ensure overall adherence to standards and best practices. Break down complex concepts into comprehensible tasks which can be designed and developed. Gather requirements using various data collection techniques (As-Is analysis, Gap Analysis, SWOT Analysis). Define technical environment (computing architecture, operating system, etc.) in which the solution or system designed will be placed and identify domain constraints that limit full operating capability of the system (Technical, Performance, Scalability). Create Use Cases using modeling techniques and prototyping. Employ tools such as UML, Business Process Automation, UIX, and delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Assist in conducting root cause analysis, design Requirements Traceability Matrices, Regression Analysis, and capture problem areas/defects. Create Business Cases for operational and financial feasibility and create overall Product Roadmap and Solution Approach. Responsible for IT focused projects related to improving technical business processes and improving IT frameworks; operations focused projects related to improving process flows, updating technical use case procedures, and managing project release and acceptance; and new opportunity and strategy projects related to improving or changing existing system and user interactions.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $116,064 to $121,867 per year.
