We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous assistance to subscribers of the Frederick News-Post and other affiliated publications. CSRs handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person, ensuring each customer receives high-quality service. The role may require working on weekends, depending on scheduling needs.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
