Your goal:

• most important: reach out to IDD organizations, group home providers, day programs, and educational transition programs to get them to use Self-Advocacy Wins
• My dream is to work with Best Buddies and maybe license the tech to them in a white label deal
• Less important: reach out to self-advocate influencers to see if they'll use and promote the app

• I already have pitch decks and template emails and LinkedIn messages you can use
• I already have a list of organizations in three states and can find you more when those are done
• I already have the promo code for ambassadors - they'll get one year free of the Plus plan in exchange for using it and promoting it
• I already have a list of some self-advocate influencers

Your responsibilities

• Use what I've given you to reach out to and pitch people
• If the company website does not have emails, you will have to find the organization on LinkedIn and message the relevant people
• Keep track in my Airtable CRM (already set up) of your work

Compensation:

• You will get a 10% equity stake for 10 hours of work each week.
• If you are successful and we start generating revenue, we will reinvest some of the profits into the business and after that, we will split the profits between me, you, our CTO, and our two advisors.For example, if we make $250 in a month, we might reinvest $50 and then you'd take home $20. Not much initially, but this is a highly scalable business with very low operating costs, so we could potentially make a lot of money. But that really depends on you!

Disability: We are disability led, with the CEO and CTO both being autistic and one of our advisors having Cerebral Palsy. We very committed to working with other people with disabilities, be it autism, cp, spinal cord injury, etc.

Be good at communications. Be comfortable emailing and messaging people you don't know. Be persistent with follow ups (without being annoying). Be good at working independently. I will not be micromanaging you! I will give you what you need and then you will work on your own time, when and wherever you want. As long as you're doing 10 hours of this work each week and tracking it on Airtable, I will be happy. You can of course email me with questions or suggestions, but I expect you to have the discipline and self-motivation to do your work on your own.
