Join Northeast Alternatives for a Job Fair at our Hamilton, NJ location on Tuesday, July 15 from 12 PM to 8 PM. We're hiring for 35 full-time roles and looking for motivated, professional individuals ready to grow with an award-winning cannabis company.

Open positions include:

•Budtender ($17/hr) - Help customers find the right products and provide an exceptional experience. Must be 21+ with strong customer service skills.

•Assistant Store Manager ($45,000/yr) - Lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure compliance and service standards.

•Inventory Agent ($19/hr) - Manage cannabis inventory, restocks, and compliance. Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy.

•Security Agent ($17-$19/hr) - Maintain safety and security across the store. Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
