Boys' JV Soccer Coach

Laurens Central School The Laurens Central School District is currentlyaccepting applications for a Boys' JV Soccer Coach for the 25-26 school year. Candidates must have NYS Coaching Certification and current AED & CPR certification. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated JV Boys Soccer Coach to lead and develop student-athletes in our junior varsity program. The coach will be responsible for planning and conducting practices, teaching fundamental soccer skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting good sportsmanship. Key responsibilities include organizing game strategies, managing equipment, supervising athletes during practices and competitions, and communicating effectively with players, parents, and school staff. The ideal candidate should have prior coaching or playing experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring young athletes. Knowledge of game rules, conditioning techniques, and injury prevention is essential. The coach must uphold the schools values and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for all players. This seasonal position requires afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend availability. Join our athletics department and help shape the future of our student-athletes both on and off the field.
