About the Role
The
Account Manager, Automotive serves as the primary post-sale lead for client campaign execution, directly responsible for managing digital marketing performance and driving results. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in digital advertising solutions to deliver strategic, high-performing campaigns that align with client business objectives and maximize return on investment.
You'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Ad Operations, and internal support teams to implement, optimize, and report on multi-channel campaigns. Key success metrics include client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account retention.
Position Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of core digital marketing channels including SEM, Social, Display, Email, and SEO
- Ability to manage day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across platforms
- Skill in interpreting analytics, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to lead client advertising performance discussions and recommend improvements
- Creative thinking to identify new solutions that meet evolving client goals
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee fulfillment and execution of all digital advertising orders for assigned accounts
- Manage and optimize PPC search campaigns through proprietary and publisher platforms
- Monitor campaign performance proactively and work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and effective execution
- Lead creative development efforts in collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Design teams to ensure messaging aligns with client objectives
- Recommend strategic optimizations to maximize campaign ROI and support account growth
- Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal partners to ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement solutions using industry best practices
- Support client communication and expectation management by translating performance data into clear, impactful reports
- Develop tailored performance stories and post-campaign reporting that showcase measurable client value

About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with emphasis on Google Ads
- 2+ years of client service or account management experience
- Passion for digital marketing and delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $55,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
