Job Description:

Shore Properties Title Agency Inc.  is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Title Insurance Settlement Coordinator/Processor to join our team. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional who is well-versed in the intricacies of title insurance and settlement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling settlement coordination and processing tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

As a Settlement Coordinator/Processor, you will be responsible for managing the entire settlement process from start to finish. This includes preparing and reviewing settlement documents, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Your expertise in TSS title software will be highly valued, as it will streamline our operations and enhance our service delivery.

This is an on-site position, requiring you to work from our office during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM). We offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with your experience and skills.
