Location: Middleburg, FL (Remodeling Division)

Eco One is a faithbased, familyrun general contractor specializing in both custom home builds and highquality renovations across Clay County and Northeast Florida.
Position Summary:
Join our Remodeling Division as a Project Manager / Estimator, helping oversee daily operations. You’ll bridge preconstruction estimating and onsite project management to drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate scope & costs (materials, labor, subcontractors)
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and forecast costs
Identify and communicate scope or budget changes
Lead and motivate field crews and contractors
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in residential remodeling or construction
Strong estimating and PM skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
Excellent attention to detail and leadership ability
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills
