FOOD MANAGER Pierogies Plus, Inc. seeks Food Manager in Mc Kees Rocks, PA to plan, direct & coordinate activities of our Polish cuisine catering business for various events, especially Polish weddings. Duties: supervise cooks at our business location & at catering events within greater Pittsburgh area; specify equipment necessary for our kitchen & catering events; order food & ingredients; establish relationships with Polish-speaking clients; prepare food with assistance of cooks. Requirements: 2 years experience as a manager for a catering or restaurant operation. Must be fluent in Polish in order to communicate with Polish (non-English)-speaking cooks. Local travel required to catering events within greater Pittsburgh area (Pittsburgh MSA).
