HVAC Instructor (5+ Years' Experience Required) 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
Parkway West Career and Technology Center (PWCTC) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual for a permanent HVAC/R Technology Instructor position, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC/R professional to transition into a meaningful teaching career. A teaching license or prior teaching experience is not required just a willingness to work with high school students and a desire to learn. PWCTC will assist the selected candidate in obtaining the necessary clearances and permanent vocational certification.

QUALIF l CATIONS 

Preferred

•    EPA and NATE Certifications
•    Sheet metal experience
•     OCA or Vocational Teaching Certificate (preferred, but not required)

Required:

•    Have a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in the HVAC/R field 
•    Be able to meet time deadlines and manage a structured classroom environment
•    Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills 
•    Exhibit an intrinsic desire to work with and inspire high school students
•    Be able to obtain required clearances if offered the position

PAY    $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year 
BENEFITS   Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; PTO and Life Insurance; Retirement 
SCHEDULE  Full time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift
