Full-Time Billing/Clerical Position

Join our growing team at a brand-new pediatric office in Jackson, NJ! We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual for a full-time billing/clerical role in our fast-paced office.

Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and manage high volumes of numerical information
• Scan and organize patient chart documents
• Support daily clerical and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Knowledge of CPT coding a plus
• A team player with a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
