Director of Accounting & Finance
Reports To: General Manager Compensation: $105,000-$130,000 plus bonus!

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Director of Accounting & Finance- a financial leader who loves adventure as much as balancing the books. What You'll Do You'll be the financial backbone of our operation - leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented team of 3-4 accounting staff to keep everything running smoothly. This role is hands-on and multi-faceted - you'll roll up your sleeves to: Produce and analyze financial statements Provide key financial insights to ownership, management, and our CPA partners Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts Oversee internal controls and cash management Manage payroll, retirement plans, AP/AR, reconciliations, chargeback recovery, and tax filings Support daily reconciliations and keep Quick Books humming Step in to assist with accounting or cash clerk duties as needed Tackle special projects - and keep the train on the rails financially!
What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field 10+ years of relevant experience Proven ability to train and motivate a high-performing team Strong leadership and a hands-on approach Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High integrity and a proactive work ethic Willingness to pitch in on weekends, holidays, and peak tourism seasons Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, and (bonus points!) POS/reservation software A positive attitude and excitement for working in a one-of-a-kind, guest-facing business Credit & background check required
