Who We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, upbeat individual excited to support patients on their smile journey
• Experience in customer service, finance, or front desk roles is a plus
• A true team player with excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior orthodontic experience is a big plus
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented multitasker
• Someone who loves creating a welcoming environment (and maybe even baking cookies!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient account inquiries
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for both new and existing patients
• Support the front office team to deliver a 5-star patient experience
• Help with small touches like baking cookies that make our office feel like home!
