Part-time Store Clerk

Jack & Dick’s Feed & Garden, Inc., established in the late 1970s in downtown Janesville, is owned and operated by the Hookham family. Serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, delivering feed and more to local farms as well as serving our local homeowners in our store, Jack &Dick’s is proud to be thriving as a small business.

We are currently hiring a part-time store clerk. Our ideal candidate will work two afternoons each week and approximately two Saturdays per month, averaging 10 to 20 hours per week.

Candidates must be capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills along with meticulous attention to detail. Our business is built on close relationships with our customers, so being friendly and outgoing are absolute must-have characteristics in our ideal candidate. Our typical customers are pet owners, gardeners, wildlife enthusiasts, bird lovers, and homeowners that want that personal touch.
