Chef and Head Cook -Plan and price restaurants menu, take the lead and ensure that food is prepared properly, safely, and tastily, direct and supervise the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Chinese food in Cantonese Style and Dim Sum, including fish, meats, vegetables and unique sauce featuring Cantonese cuisine style, train and supervise kitchen personnel, organize sanitized and clean work.
