Employment and job training opportunities for qualified low-income (Section 3) workers associated with the construction and operation of a new multifamily residential development in Chattanooga.

If you are a Section 3 business, a Youth Build Participant or a Hamilton County resident earning less than $53,520 annually, you likely qualify.

Examples of the opportunities available include: bricklaying, carpentry, flooring installation, drywall, electrical, elevator construction, fencing, HVAC, maintenance and janitorial, landscaping, machine operation, manufacturing, marketing, painting, plumbing, research, survey and engineering, property management, and others.
