The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction in all facets of cosmetology to students in grades 10-12, preparingthem for successful careers in the beauty industry and for licensure in Pennsylvania.QUALIFICATIONS: Valid and current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License Minimum of 4 years of recent, verifiable experience as a licensed cosmetologist in a salon or spa setting Current or eligible for a Pennsylvania Vocational Instructional Certificate in Cosmetology (12.0401 for Cosmetology/Cosmetologist General) Strong knowledge of current cosmetology techniques, products, and industry trends Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Experience mentoring or training junior stylists/apprentices is a plus CPR/First Aid certification is preferred SALARY: per the negotiated agreement CONTACT: Mr. Leonard A.
