The ITM Group, a distinguished provider of behavioral health services, is rooted in North Central Florida with over three decades of expertise in delivering tailored treatment for court-ordered individuals. We operate in diverse settings, from community-based programs to locked facilities, ensuring comprehensive care for those in need. Our organization is actively seeking to expand our team of skilled clinicians, and we have openings for both full-time and part-time positions across our facilities located in Daytona, Tavares, and Orlando. Currently, we provide specialized treatment for mental health issues and adults grappling with sexual behavior challenges at more than 15 locations. We are eager to recruit seasoned therapists who possess a Florida license to enhance our clinical capabilities. Position Overview: The selected candidates will engage in a variety of clinical activities, which include conducting group therapy sessions, providing individual counseling, and performing forensic assessments for our designated clientele. Clinicians will also be responsible for the development of personalized treatment plans, collaboration with referring agencies, and ensuring the timely completion of critical documentation, such as assessments and progress reports. Participation in biannual staff meetings and routine clinical supervision will be essential aspects of the role. Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with either juvenile or adult sex offender populations. A Master's Degree or equivalent in a Behavioral Health discipline is required, along with a license from the Florida Department of Health, though those eligible for licensure may be considered based on expected licensure dates. Applicants should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess the ability to function both independently and collaboratively, exhibit a robust work ethic, and showcase strong organizational capabilities. Flexibility in work hours is important, with general availability expected between 10: 00 a.m. and 8: 30 p.m. The ITM Group generally offers a 1099 contractor arrangement, but we also have various employee positions available, providing benefits such as health care assistance, paid vacation, and holiday pay depending on the specific role.
