Front Desk Coordinator / Showroom Greeter

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to serve as the first point of contact in our company showroom. This role involves warmly welcoming customers, showcasing our products with confidence and knowledge, engaging with visitors to answer questions, and coordinating on-site visit appointments. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about our products, understands their features and benefits, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 8: 30am – 5: 00pm
• Friday 8: 30am – 4: 00pm

Hourly Wage:

• The position offers a starting wage of $17-20 per hour with a 90-day performance review

Responsibilities:

• supporting various departments by processing contracts
• performing light data entry
• maintaining cleanliness
• restocking
• organizing the showroom

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess experience with phone etiquette, computer usage, and must have knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Professional attire is required.
