The Role: Business Consultant & Community Leader

As a key part of our growing team, you’ll take charge of delivering on our mission — while building a career you can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with business owners using our cutting-edge Salesforce CRM

• Consult with owners & HR teams to implement customized benefits programs

• Guide benefit enrollments with business employees

• Set and crush your weekly, monthly, and yearly goals

• Partner with leadership for planning, coaching, and strategy

• Follow a proven success model that fuels your growth

What You Bring to the Table:

• A professional presence and mindset

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A coachable attitude and desire to grow

• Comfort with Microsoft Office & digital tools

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus (but not required)

• A desire to make a positive impact in your community

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Driver’s license + reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check

• Local travel required (this is not a remote position)

What You Can Earn:

First-Year Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 (average)

• Uncapped Commission

• Weekly Bonus Opportunities
