Assembler Technician

We are a small business located in Barberton, Ohio that has been manufacturing and assembling wiring harnesses for the automotive aftermarket industry. Light industrial plus custom harnesses per our customers specifications for more than 35 years.  We are seeking a person to join our production and assembly team.

We are looking for a person that is self-motivated, with the ability to problem solve, follow directions both verbally and in writing, be able to work with small components, as well as be able to utilize hand tools.  Along with assembly, some other job duties would include cutting wire and terminating with hand tools or equipment. Examples of hand tools that are used are crimpers and wire stripers. We build harnesses from samples and/or drawings.

Some qualifications we are looking for are dexterity, high attention to detail and hand eye coordination.  Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Previous wiring / wire harness experience is a plus but not a necessity as we are willing to train the right person.

Salary/Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 per year
