manufacturing team in Cleveland! We're actively seeking experienced CNC Set-Up and Operator Machinists with a strong mechanical aptitude,
attention to detail, and a passion for producing quality parts. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have experience operating a variety of CNC machines-mills, lathes, routers, or multi-axis machines-we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC equipment (mills, lathes, routers, and multi-axis machines)
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate machining
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform quality checks
Adjust feeds, speeds, tooling, and
offsets as needed to maintain
tolerances
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production
deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of CNC set-up and operating experience required
Experience working with blueprints and precision measuring instruments (mics, calipers, gauges)
Familiarity with a variety of CNC
machine types and G-code
programming concepts
CNC certification a plus, but not
required
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced shop
