***Incumbent must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office*** We are seeking anOrganizational Change Practitionerwho will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives and projects by focusing on teammate & customer change readiness and adoption. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies which enhance the teammate/customer experience(s) for medium to large changes such as new business processes/models, organizational changes, new processes/technology/enhancements to build awareness, understanding, knowledge, and reinforcement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and leaders to assess the impact of changes, identifying & analyzing resistance, develop & deliver upon change strategies. By acting as a coach and mentor to leaders and change champions, this role will help drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes, ultimately increasing benefit realization, value creation, and achieving desired outcomes. This role supports teams in integrating change management activities into project plans and ensures alignment with the Association's overall change management framework.
