The role is critical in ensuring the academic success of students by assessing their knowledge and skills, assisting in developing study habits and test-taking strategies, providing remediation support, and promoting continuous improvement in departmental programs. Additionally, this role fosters student progress and growth by building strong relationships, offering personalized guidance, and remediation opportunities. Finally, this position will help lead recruiting efforts, serve as a liaison with other department divisions and support specific initiatives for the Teacher Academy.
