INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT LEAD Information Technology
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, incorporating the agency's Mission, Vision and Values while providing leadership in helping the agency to achieve its targeted performance in information systems strategic planning, development, and deployment and user training.
Position officed on-site at Career Tech in Stillwater, OK.
Hiring contingent upon successful completion of background check.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in computer science field
PREFERRED:
- Relational database performance, integrity characteristics and ethics.
- Data processing analysis techniques and relational database design.
- C# and other .NET programming languages.
- Documentation procedures and requirements.
- Program and system testing procedures.
- Specialized software enhancement tools.
- Operating systems and interaction of software.
- Using database maintenance utilities.
- Using online technical manuals and publications.
- Identifying problems/user needs and providing innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Exercising initiative.
- Working collaboratively and establishing positive and effective working relationships with others.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills; demonstrating proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Relating abstract ideas to actual needs: in expressing complex procedures clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and in organizing, directing, and supervising the work of others.
SALARY/BENEFITS: $95,062.25 - $119,358.02 commensurate with education or experience.
- The state provides a benefit allowance to help you pay for insurance premiums which include health, dental, life and disability insurance.
- The amount of your allowance, $9000-$20000, is determined based upon the dependents you choose to include in health coverage.
