Financial Coordinator

The Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority

Has an immediate opening for a full-time Financial Coordinator. The successful
candidate will need a solid knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Office Programs and the Diversified Billing System.
Experience with the PENNVEST Grant/Loan Program is desired. A thorough understanding of the municipal auditing and reconciliation process will also be
required. The candidate will need solid
organizational skills, have exceptional
customer service relationship skills and be able to effectively communicate CLJMA Policy and Regulations to our customers and vendors. Daily duties such as
processing incoming & outgoing mail,
e-mails, processing receivables,
completing monthly bank reconciliations, compiling monthly financial reports for the monthly Board meeting and assisting with pulling information for the annual audit along with assisting with day to day
operational duties will be required. Work will need to be completed in a positive,
efficient and timely manner. Candidate will need reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
