The School Office Manager is a vital member of the administrative team, serving as the chief of staff to both the Director of Operations and the Head of School. This role ensures the seamless daily operation of the school by overseeing administrative functions, coordinating facilities, managing supplies, and maintaining communication flow across all levels of the community. Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration, preferably in an educational or Montessori environment. Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office admin technology and student information systems. Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Montessori Schools.
