Your Role:
As the Administrator, you’ll oversee the daily operations of Memorial Driftwood Nursing Center, ensuring compliance, quality of care, staffing excellence, and a positive resident experience. You’ll serve as the heart of our facility — connecting residents, staff, families, and governing bodies with compassion and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all daily operations of the facility.

Uphold local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring compliance across departments.

Serve as a liaison between staff, residents, families, medical professionals, and the Board.

Promote resident rights and a culture of dignity, safety, and respect.

Hire and retain qualified staff to meet resident care needs.

Conduct performance reviews and provide leadership to department heads.

Oversee financial planning, budgets, and reporting.

Monitor safety, facility cleanliness, maintenance, and quality assurance programs.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and participate in regulatory surveys.

Foster teamwork and inspire excellence across departments.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in long-term care or healthcare administration.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, resident care standards, and personnel management.
