Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in HR Mgmt, Communications or rel field & 5 yrs of exp in job offered or rel roles. Must have 5 yrs exp in: Core aspects of HR Mgmt (staffing, employee relations, performance mgmt, leadership dvlpmnt, training, & HR analytics) in a major FMCG or CPG organization; Presenting to all levels w/in an organization; Mng multiple projects w/ competing deadlines; & Gathering data & feedback & pulling key insights from the organization to relay to Leadership to inform strategy. Must have 3 yrs exp in: Designing & executing staffing strategies for exempt/nonexempt hiring needs; & Proven ability to deliver coaching, feedback & guidance in performance mgmt, leadership dvlpmnt, & career growth/ dvlpmnt. *Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the Pepsi Co Beverage Sales, LLC. office in LA, CA. *10% domestic travel reqd.
