Nursing Services Director

Anamosa State Penitentiary is looking for a Nursing Services Director to join our team! Come lead our health services team at the Anamosa State Penitentiary! We are looking for a motivated leader for our Nursing Services Director position.

Duties:

• In this position you will be expected to positively supervise and evaluate subordinate staff.
• Along with leading the department you will be responsible for development, implementation and revision of institutional Health Services Procedures.
• You will be a part of a variety of committees and teams that promote successful leadership. In part of providing successful leadership you will be involved in personnel related actions.
• This position assures the achievement of optimal level of care to incarcerated individuals to meet care standards.
• This will initiate actions to alleviate carriers in delivery of care by identifying, defining, and resolving problems.
• As well as promoting the medical department standards, philosophy, goals and objectives to assure the optimum level of wellness.

Requirements:

• Must have a current RN License.

Pay Range:

• $78,041.60 – $120,036.80 yearly
• $37.52 - $57.71 hourly
