DIRECTOR OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS Salary Range: $128,842 $186,822 The ideal candidate must reside in Northern New York and be available for regular day travel within the Authority's service area. This hybrid role is based out of the main office located in Watertown, NY. JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Telecommunications is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Open Access Telecom Network. The Director of Telecommunications has overall budget responsibility including revenue generation as well as operating and capital cost control. The major functions include network reliability, carrier relations, business development, regulatory affairs, and fiscal management. The Director of Telecommunication has administrative oversight of Division functions and will assist the Chief Operating Officer with implementation of division strategic goals.
