Prospect Avenue High Rise is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Complete maintenance requests as assigned
• Landscape maintenance
• Common area painting projects
• Snow removal
• Assist in maintaining building systems

Requirements:

• General plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience required
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
• Hours are generally Mon – Fri 8: 30 am to 5: 00 pm, but must be able to fill in other shifts when necessary
• Must have own transportation                        

Salary starting at $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience Benefit package included
