Artist & Label Partnerships Manager w/ Spotify USA, Inc. LA, CA (Telecommuting permitted w/in normal commuting distance from the Spotify office in LA, CA). Establish or maintain cooperative relationships w/ reps of artists & record labels. Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Mktg, Bus Admin, or a rel field & 4 yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role. In lieu of a 4-yr Bach deg, employer will accept a 3-yr deg from an accredited U.S. or foreign university. Exp must incl the following, in any amount: creating partnership plans & recap documents in the Google Suite; identifying opportunities & creating process documents for a team to function more efficiently & effectively; executing mktg campaigns; identifying new opportunities for dvlpng artists; dvlpng relationships, collaborating & advocating for internal & external partners; analyzing key data points to determine performance for mktg opportunities.
